Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that, due to the ongoing global conflict and the significant rise in fuel prices, a temporary fuel surcharge of 15% of the total sale will be applied to your invoice, effective from Tuesday, 7th of April 2026.

Our business has been affected by increased manufacturing and supply costs, largely driven by higher fuel expenses impacting our suppliers. Over the past few weeks, we have made every effort to absorb these rising costs to minimise the impact on our customers. However, with fuel prices continuing to increase substantially, it is no longer feasible for us to continue doing so.

This surcharge has been introduced to help offset the exceptional increases in fuel-related transport and operational costs. Please note that this is a temporary measure and will be reviewed on a weekly basis.

We will continue to monitor fuel pricing closely, and any changes to the surcharge, whether an increase, reduction, or removal will be communicated promptly.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we manage these external cost pressures. We remain committed to keeping any additional charges as low as possible while maintaining reliable service and product supply.
